We now find ourselves with a re-negotiation of the workspace.  From Essential workers to the Great Resignation, to “Stay at Home” or “Go to the Office,” and hybrids in between, the work world is rapidly changing before our eyes. 

How do we—as OD professionals – smooth this transition?  What skills do we bring to this constantly changing agenda? And, finally, how do we as a profession of internal and external consultants, now position ourselves?
