Why Might You Become a Contributing Member?

The Bay Area ODN is committed to creating an inclusive, fun, valuable experience not only for its members but also for those contributing their energy and thought leadership in the roles of Board Members, Advisory Members, or Committee Members.

While we do have formal titles because of our non-profit status and the requirements attached to that, we operate as a non-hierarchical group. Members offer their expertise and time in domains that interest them, and we each pitch in to ensure compliance and collaboration as well.

The BAODN is a place to learn, grow, contribute, enhance your network, and practice all the OD skills your heart desires.

  • Designing and co-creating new member orientation
  • Co-creating newsletter and website member highlights
  • Coordinating with events and marketing committees to create fun, transformative content and experiences for our members
Digital Media Community Manager
  • Make all recordings available to our community
  • Engage our community across social media platforms
  • Develop and maintain the website
  • Coordinate events promotions across all platforms
  • Document processes for business continuity
  • Co-create an engagement strategy for new community members
