The Covid-19 Pandemic has only worsened the toxic work environment by escalating the types of violence perpetrated. In addition to increasing customer incivility over masks and allegations of harassment and discrimination, gun violence has also increased. These issues impact workers, bosses, and their families, whether working on-site or remotely.
This panel will present and discuss some of the issues and occurrences of bullying and gun violence currently plaguing the workplace, along with resources and steps for positive action.
