DEI Practice at Pride Industries with Dr. Adrienne Lawson

Adrienne Lawson, Ed.D., PRIDE’s Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Compliance, will join us in February to discuss her work as a distinguished leader in inclusion policy, responsible for hiring and retention strategies, as well as federal compliance. Dr. Lawson is passionate about her vocation in education, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Her number one concern is that every person at PRIDE Industries feels valued, respected, and has a sense of belonging.

Dr. Lawson holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies and has taught at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Before joining PRIDE, Lawson was Senior Director for Health Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at UC Davis Health (UCDH), where she led the efforts to create a truly multicultural workforce.
