Former Assoc. Program Director of Organizational Psychology at Alliant International University

A brief workshop on the various lens for viewing change.

The nature of change is seldom discussed, even though change is all around us and affects our lives in multiple ways. This presentation will provide an overview of the ways organizational scientists approach to change along with a discussion of the models that underlie how we approach the task of promoting and managing change in organizations. 

This presentation provides a background to our social in April where Michael Papanek and others will discuss the current state of their organizational change work.

As an adjunct professor and affiliated program director for the organizational psychology program at Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology, Dr. Nan Cowardin-Lee taught methods, research design, and organizational theory. 

Nan Cowardin-Lee earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychologist at Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology. She earned her BA, Phi Beta Kappa, Cum Laude at San Francisco State University in French and psychology.
