This interactive one-hour virtual workshop based on the recent book Living Your Values explores the powerful role that personal values play in shaping performance, wellbeing, resilience, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness.

Values are the deeply held beliefs and principles that guide our choices, influence our behaviors, and give meaning to our work. When we understand and align with our values, we experience greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity. When our values are overlooked or compromised, we can experience stress, disengagement, and conflict.

You’ll get a link to complete the individual online values clarification 15 min exercise beforehand  and in this session we will explore and interpret your Personal Values Report and talk with others about how these values influence your daily decisions, professional relationships, and approach to leadership. We will seek practical strategies for applying values-based thinking in your consulting work.
