Bay Area ODN invites you to meet in person for
our first Member-hosted peer consult gathering.

The Facilitators’ Exchange is an informal gathering of facilitators who want to learn from one another, exchange ideas, and strengthen their facilitation practice in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Whether you're a seasoned facilitator or newer to the profession, you'll leave with fresh techniques, new perspectives, and connections with colleagues who share your passion for creating meaningful group experiences.

SPACE IS LIMITED

Purpose

The purpose of the Facilitators’ Exchange is simple:

  • Share facilitation models, methods and tools that have worked well for you.

  • Learn new approaches from fellow facilitators.

  • Receive thoughtful input on challenges or opportunities you're facing in your own work.

  • Build a stronger community of practice among facilitators.

Format

Each participant will have the opportunity to choose one of two options:

A. Share a Facilitation Tool or Technique
Present a process, exercise, framework, or activity that you have found especially valuable and would like to pass along to others.

B. Seek Group Support
Bring a facilitation challenge, design question, client situation, or other professional issue and tap into the collective wisdom of the group.

At the beginning of the session, we'll determine the available time based on the number of participants. Depending on attendance, each person can expect approximately 10–30 minutes to share or receive support.
