Spotlights is a setting for OD practitioners looking for community in the diverse topics of the day. We'll have two sessions, a break for networking, and a reflection space before closing.
The purpose of the Spotlights is simple:
Learn and share information across different domains of OD.
In-person and experiential learning with colleagues and friends.
Build a stronger community of practice among practitioners.
